In the event that a fault of the device can’t be resolved to restore operation through telephone support, we provide 24/7 onsite support service whole year round. We will send engineers to the site with different response time depending on the level of the fault, to resolve the problem, restore the operation and conduct onsite training to the equipment maintenance personnel.
Fault components (products) will be repaired and returned quickly within one week upon receiving. Spare parts support can be provided within 8 hours under emergencies. Special notice: for your own good, please don’t reassemble or assemble the device, nor change the internal components by yourself. If not, we will charge the repair service.
Online Repair RegistrationWe provide online repair registration service to shorten the transfer time. Any user can register a repair online and send the fault product to the nearest repair center directly. The repaired product will be returned to the user directly within specified days.
