空冷型永磁调速驱动器由铜导体转子上的散热片带动冷却气流来冷却转子与铜导体转子之间因转差(slip)所产生的热量,该转差与传动的扭矩相关,且转差由调整磁转子与铜导体转子之间的气隙来达成。
典型情况下,空冷型永磁调速适用于315KW以内电机功率范围。
当电机功率大于315KW或电机转速较低时,我们会建议采用水冷型永磁调速驱动器。
